Statement

All graphics on the case are provided by the artists. Artists are strictly prohibited from infringing intellectual rights. CaseWise does not verify artists' works. However, if a report of rights abuse is successful, the artist's account will be immediately deleted and the graphics removed from the site.

Respect for Intellectual Property at CaseWise

CaseWise is a community grounded in the respect for artists and their intellectual property rights, as well as the rights of third parties. We maintain a strict policy against infringement of intellectual property rights. We remind our artists that they must adhere to these principles when uploading content to CaseWise. Artists are required to ensure that their work does not violate the copyright, moral rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any person or third party, nor should it contravene any laws or official orders. In simple terms, using someone else’s work as your own is illegal and contravenes the principles that CaseWise upholds.

Reports of intellectual property infringement

CaseWise is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others. Our policy is to promptly address any claims that content posted on our site infringes upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any individual.

If you firmly believe that any content or products available through CaseWise Services infringe upon your intellectual property rights, you are encouraged to submit a notice of claimed infringement.

In line with CaseWise's zero-tolerance stance on intellectual property infringement, should we become aware that an Artist has violated the copyright or other intellectual property rights of a third party, CaseWise reserves the right to terminate the Artist’s account and remove all of the Artist’s content from the CaseWise website.
